Aron King gives the keynote address at the UC Davis Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing. He’s a 2021 graduate of our Master of Science in Nursing Science and Health-Care Leadership and a registered nurse and assistant manager at UC Davis Health.
While student, Aron’s research focused on the prevalence of microaggressions and the impact on satisfaction and symptoms of depression in graduate nursing students of color.
He serves on the executive board for the Capitol City Black Nurses Association, a local chapter of the National Black Nurses Association, which was founded by School of Nursing alumni. He also serves as co-chair for the health committee of the NAACP in Sacramento.
