In this session, we’ll explore how SensusAccess Inside delivers an automated, on-demand document-conversion service right within Canvas, no extra uploads or manual formatting required. You’ll discover how PDFs, Word docs, and PowerPoints can be transformed instantly into accessible formats like audio, Braille-ready files, ePub, and MP3, empowering students to study on the bus, listen while walking between classes, or work offline. We’ll also introduce BeelineReader, a new service that applies intuitive color gradients to guide the eye through text, offering an alternative to text-to-speech solutions and supporting learners who benefit from enhanced visual reading flow. Faculty will receive ready-to-share video tutorials to distribute to students, and we’ll discuss how to weave these accessibility options into your course syllabus so every learner knows they’re available from day one.
