This tutorial shows an example of the
serocalculator R package, developed by the
SeroEpidemiology Research Group (SERG) at UC Davis. Here, we show users how to use the package to estimate seroincidence of enteric fever from cross-sectional serologic surveys. Further details on the methodology and use of the package can be found at
https://ucd-serg.github.io/serocalculator/.
Serocalculator is available on
CRAN and
GitHub. Data used in this example as well as additional longitudinal seroresponse parameters can be found in the our
Open Science Framework Data Repository.
