Managed by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Tech Foundry designs and manufactures devices to support research and solve problems. Across two locations — one at the Genome and Biomedical Sciences Facility on the Davis campus and another at Aggie Square on the Sacramento campus — research and development engineers collaborate with and support UC Davis faculty members, private companies and individuals to complete more than 500 projects and produce 2,500 objects each year.
